              Commercial: 24 hours a day

If a technical problem is not resolved by phone support, a dispatch may be needed. If the dispatch is in DCWIN’ s error there will be no service charge. If the problem is on the customer’s end, such as spy ware or viruses, the service fee is $50 per hour per technician, with a minimum of a $25 charge. To comment or ask questions please email us at support@dcwin.org.
